A book didn't arrive
- On Amazon's Personal Document Settings page, check that the address the app shows is on your Approved Personal Document E-mail List, spelled exactly the same. Amazon silently drops mail from addresses that aren't.
- Check that your Kindle is on Wi-Fi and syncing.
- The app's home screen lists anything that couldn't be sent, with Retry.
Postbook isn't in the Share menu
- iPhone: in the Share sheet, scroll the row of apps to the end, tap More, and add Postbook to Favorites.
- Mac: System Settings → General → Login Items & Extensions → Sharing, and turn on Postbook.
LinkedIn posts
LinkedIn doesn't allow other services to read its pages, so Postbook never fetches them. Instead it makes the book from the post as Safari shows it to you: open the post in Safari, then Share → Postbook. A LinkedIn link shared from the LinkedIn app, copied, or sent by email can't be sent.
Using a second device
In the app, choose "I already use Postbook", and get a code from the other device's Settings or from your notices email.
Subscription
Manage or cancel it in the app (Settings → Manage subscription) or in your Apple account. Restore Purchases is in the same place.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete account, in the app. Without the app, see Delete your account.
Your comment in someone's book
With the Comments setting on, a book can include the top public comments on a post or article. If one of them is yours and you'd like it left out of future books, email support@postbook.app with the link to the comment. Copies already delivered to someone's Kindle can't be recalled.
